 *Please REFRAIN from wearing perfumes and scented lotions to class as many are sensitive and/or have allergies.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. Yoga mats are available for your use or bring your own.

*If you are a cancer fighter please bring your own mat, towel, block, and strap to keep immune system strong.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out registration forms and/or share any special concerns.

Please remove shoes BEFORE entering the room.
